Damaged Orders: Notify us within three days of receipt of shipment.

Save all products and packaging.Email of for an Authorization to make a return.

Our Coffees are Custom Roasted to your specifications.

We recommend that you sample our coffees before ordering a 5 lb. bag of coffee,

especially if you are not familiar with Fresh Organic Arabica Coffees and SWP Decaf Coffees,

as you know every roaster has a different style.
